Primary Care Physician - FM/IM - (NHSC Loan Repayment)

Key Responsibilities

The physician is responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to patients in accordance with specialty certification and organizational policies. They will also provide leadership, supervision, and training to supportive staff while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and possess a current Illinois State Licensure and DEA Certificate. Board certification or active pursuit of board certification is strongly preferred.
