Weekend Physical Therapist (2 days/month minimum)

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients and create individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage patient care and ensure safe transitions within or outside the facility.

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with an active license in Nebraska or a compact state. Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association is required.
