Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-home occupational therapy services to patients and, when applicable, in assisted living settings.

• Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and environmental needs.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

• Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, and overall independence.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the State of New Hampshire.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (home health preferred).

• Current CPR certification.

Work Schedule

• Part-Time position.
