JOB DETAILS
Practice Setting
Hospital rounding with possible surgical intervention.
Coverage Schedule
24-hour duty.
Call Schedule

SHIFT DESCRIPTION
- Friday 5 PM to Monday 7 AM
MANDATORY JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fellowship training in cardiovascular surgery (REQUIRED)
- Board certification in cardiovascular surgery (REQUIRED)
- Active South Carolina medical license (applications for licensure will not be accepted) (REQUIRED)
- Current ACLS certification (REQUIRED)
- Self-query NPBD report as a condition of presentation (REQUIRED)
- Applicants must have clean professional backgrounds for consideration for temporary positions (REQUIRED)
Key Responsibilities
The physician will perform hospital rounding and provide surgical interventions for cardiovascular patients. Responsibilities include conducting complex procedures such as aneurysm repairs, CABG, and heart valve replacements.
Requirements
Candidates must hold fellowship training and board certification in cardiovascular surgery, along with an active South Carolina medical license. Current ACLS certification and a clean professional background are mandatory for this role.
