Key Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate and provide personalized speech and language therapy services to patients in their homes to improve functional independence. They will also participate in care coordination, discharge planning, and the development of comprehensive treatment plans.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA. A current, unrestricted license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation are required.
