Speech Language Pathologist

Join The Creekside School as a Speech Language Pathologist – School Setting in California. The Creekside School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is essential in supporting students with moderate to severe developmental needs, helping them build meaningful communication and life skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services aligned with student IEPs.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy goals.

• Conduct assessments, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings.

• Support communication development including AAC, social skills, and functional language.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology.

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

• Active California SLP license.

• Experience working with students with autism and/or developmental disabilities.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $71,600 - $100,000/year
