About the Role
We’re seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our dynamic in-house rehab team.
Work alongside experienced clinicians in a flexible, innovative, and evidence-based environment that prioritizes positive outcomes and patient-centered care.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, reliable, team-oriented PT
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited BS, MS, or DPT program
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee
- SNF experience preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy as part of NHC Somerville’s in-house rehabilitation team. Work collaboratively with clinicians in a patient-centered, evidence-based environment focused on positive outcomes.
Requirements
Applicants should be positive, reliable, and team-oriented, and must have graduated from an APTA-accredited bachelor’s, master’s, or DPT program. A Tennessee physical therapist license is required; skilled nursing facility experience is preferred but not required.
