Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $301,600 base
- Commencement Bonus: $50,000 for 3-year commitment
- Annual Retention Bonus: $41,600, paid in biweekly installments of $1,600 per payroll
- 6 weeks PTO
- On-Call Compensation: An additional $20 hr. pay while on:
- 1st call
Late shift from 7 p. m.- 7 a. m. weeknights
- 24hr call shift each weekend day

Practice Environment
- 268 beds
- 9,400 cases per year
- General, Neuro, Cardiac, Ortho, GI, and Endo cases
- Level 2 Trauma Center
- Full Scope Practice (regional anesthesia, peripheral nerve blocks, arterial lines, etc.)
- Best anesthesia tech team
- Comfortable shifts (8,12, 16, or 24-hour)
- Flexibility that allows for work/life balance
- 3 dedicated on-call rooms for your convenience

- Active MI license
- NBCRNA Certification
