Key Responsibilities

The Dietitian is responsible for conducting student consultations regarding food allergies and dietary concerns, while also overseeing the allergen programming, menus, and educational aspects of the University Dining Services program. This role ensures compliance with ADA standards through documentation and continuous process improvement.

Licensure & Certifications

Candidates must possess a Dietitian License in the State of Alabama in good standing, or a temporary license with the ability to obtain the full license within six months of hiring. Additionally, applicants must have a valid U.S. driver's license, be at least 19 years old, and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.
