The Master Teacher Counselor Aide assists in developing and implementing individual service plans to improve the social and interpersonal functioning of youth. They provide direct supervision to staff, manage crisis situations, and ensure all regulatory and clinical documentation requirements are met.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with vehicle insurance. Experience working with troubled youth is preferred, and proficiency in American Sign Language is required for the School for the Deaf.
