Key Responsibilities

• Deliver quality one on one outcomes driven Physical Therapy services

• Document with web

• based software and documentation system (EMR)

• Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.

Requirements

• Degree from a CAPTE accredited school

• Current state licensure or eligibility in Physical Therapy in Indiana Experience Requirements

• One (1) year of outpatient experience or would consider New Grads with appropriate clinical rotations

• Strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
