Key Responsibilities

• Assessment of new individuals contacting the Employee Assistance Program for services.

• Complete all necessary EAP related documentation.

• Engages support systems and referral sources.

• Provides basic case management services and documents treatment provided.

Requirements

• Additional years experience in behavioral health and addiction setting.

• Bi-lingual.

• Equipment Use: Computer, virtual platforms delivering telehealth, copier, facsimile.
