Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)-Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include assessing, counseling, and directing medically complex patients by developing individualized treatment plans to aid in adjustment to disability, resource linkage, and behavior modification. Clinicians will also provide patient-centered care in the patient's home and community settings.

Requirements

Candidates must have completed a Master's degree in Social Work and possess state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Required qualifications also include excellent planning, organization, writing, time management skills, and strong communication abilities with families, professionals, and coworkers.
