Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

AnthroMed Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students at the elementary and middle school levels for the 2026–2027 school year. This role will provide speech-language services across general education and center-based settings, with a focus on supporting students in life skills and functional classroom programs.

The caseload and schedule may be tailored based on candidate availability and school needs, with opportunities for SLPs interested in working 2-3 days days per week.

Position Details

  • 2026–2027 school year
  • Elementary and middle school students
  • $57,000–$80,000 annually, based on schedule and experience
  • Center-based and general education service delivery
  • Support students in life skills and functional classroom settings
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy and support student communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals and progress monitoring
  • Caseload and service assignments may be adjusted based on candidate experience and school needs

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Indiana SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility

Experience Working with School-aged Students Preferred

  • Experience supporting students with complex communication needs or in functional/life skills settings is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
