Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of acute and chronic conditions.
Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure continuity of care.

Active, unrestricted NP or Physician license in multiple U. S. states.
Board Certification in Family practice.

Work Schedule

Providers must be available for evening and weekend coverage and commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week.
Weekends: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Minimum commitment: 15 hours per week
Preferred availability: Evenings and weekends
Flexible scheduling within clinical hours
Prescribe medications and order labs/imaging as clinically appropriate.
