Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Ability and willingness to provide multi-state coverage (additional licensure a plus).
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted NP or Physician license in multiple U. S. states.
- Board Certification in Family practice.
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility
- to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon

Work Schedule
- Providers must be available for evening and weekend coverage and commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Weekends: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Minimum commitment: 15 hours per week
- Preferred availability: Evenings and weekends
- Flexible scheduling within clinical hours
- Prescribe medications and order labs/imaging as clinically appropriate.
