Conduct functional behavioral assessments and design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for school and home programs. Collaborate with IEP teams and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Analysts in Training.
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with a Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or Applied Behavior Analysis. Two or more years of experience working with developmentally disabled or emotionally disturbed individuals is preferred.
