Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competency in providing quality physical therapy services to a wide variety of patients including evaluation, intervention, education, treatment planning and implementation, graduation (discharge) planning, related documentation, and communication.

• Evaluates physical and functional status, as well as cognitive, psychological, and perceptual ability to determine the patient’s capabilities to function (safely). Demonstrates competency.

• Participates, as able, in local/state/national professional association activities.

• Supports Clinic Leader in achieving operations standards, including reaching minimum productivity and treatment standards, and staying within budget for both profit and cost centers.

Requirements

• Supporting special projects and other designated activities as assigned in support of TAI’s mission and core values.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned by your leadership.

• What you will need to bring to the table Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months.
