Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Shift: Take initiative as the lead on shift, offering guidance as directed by the Supervisor and Director, and ensuring clear communication of relevant information to both.
- Waive Testing: Measure and report vital signs, conduct UDS and pregnancy tests, and comply with company policies.
- Communication and Team Collaboration: Share relevant patient information with the Team Leader, Supervisor/Operations Director while collaborating with the team to ensure high
- quality care. Maintain positive relationships within the addiction treatment community and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- 1 or more years of work experience as a Lead BHT in substance abuse or mental health field.
- Safe driving record with a clean DMV report for the last 3 years.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to comply with motor vehicle insurance requirements. POSITION PREFERENCES:
- Relevant behavioral health certification.
