Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Shift: Take initiative as the lead on shift, offering guidance as directed by the Supervisor and Director, and ensuring clear communication of relevant information to both.

• Waive Testing: Measure and report vital signs, conduct UDS and pregnancy tests, and comply with company policies.

• Communication and Team Collaboration: Share relevant patient information with the Team Leader, Supervisor/Operations Director while collaborating with the team to ensure high

• quality care. Maintain positive relationships within the addiction treatment community and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of work experience as a Lead BHT in substance abuse or mental health field.

• Safe driving record with a clean DMV report for the last 3 years.

• Must be at least 21 years of age to comply with motor vehicle insurance requirements. POSITION PREFERENCES:

• Relevant behavioral health certification.
