Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist is responsible for completing evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with individualized care plans. They must also ensure all clinical documentation is accurate and timely while adhering to facility policies and procedures.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid professional license in the state of practice and be a graduate of a CAPTE accredited school. Foreign-trained applicants must have their education deemed substantially equivalent to U.S. entry-level standards by an APTA-approved organization.
