Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The PHP Therapist conducts individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients on psychological, emotional, or substance abuse issues, while actively participating in treatment planning and discharge processes. Responsibilities also include providing necessary family counseling, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and maintaining accurate, timely documentation adhering to all regulatory standards.

Requirements

Applicants must possess a Master's Degree in social work or counseling, along with a current clinical or social work license as required by state regulations. Prior experience working with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients is necessary, and CPR Certification and De-escalation training must be completed within 30 days of hire.
