Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide call coverage for interventional cardiology, including 24-hour call shifts.
- Round on clinic patients (12-15 per day) and inpatient consults (5-10 per day).
- Perform interventional procedures such as diagnostic catheterization, angioplasty, stenting, stress echo, nuclear stress, TEEs, and cardioversions.
- Cover general cardiology call as needed.
- Maintain active Iowa medical license and comply with credentialing requirements.

Provide 24-hour call coverage for interventional cardiology and perform various cardiac procedures. Manage clinic patients and inpatient consults daily.
Requirements
Must hold an active Iowa medical license or Universal License (IMLC). Requires proficiency in diagnostic catheterization, angioplasty, stenting, and various cardiac monitoring techniques.
