Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough OT evaluations Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans Use therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment Train patients and caregivers on exercises and assistive devices Educate on strategies to improve function and safety Collaborate with PT, SLP, physicians, and the full care team Document patient progress and treatment changes accurately Stay current with OT best practices and research

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (accredited program) Valid state OT license Experience as an OT preferred (new grads welcome) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Passion for patient-centered care CPR certification preferred

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and possess a valid state OT license. Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care are required, with CPR certification preferred.
