Key Responsibilities
The VDC Options Counselor provides person-centered guidance to veterans and caregivers by assessing needs and developing individualized care and spending plans. They are responsible for monitoring these plans, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with community resources to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, or possess at least two years of relevant community-based experience. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to pass a criminal background check are mandatory.
