Job Description
Home Health
The Occupational Therapist provides therapeutic services in accordance with physician's orders to patients having upper extremity impairment, deficits in ADL ability, diseases or disorders requiring energy conservation and diseases or disorders requiring re-education of swallowing mechanism.

Provide therapeutic services to patients with upper extremity impairments and deficits in activities of daily living. Focus on energy conservation and the re-education of swallowing mechanisms according to physician orders.
Requirements
Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in California and a graduate of an ACOTE-accredited program. Requires a minimum of two years of experience, a current CPR card, and a valid driver's license with insurance.
