Job Description
Shifts as needed.
Perform evaluations and treatments of patients in discipline specific areas.
Maintains professional licensure and registration in good standing with South
Carolina Licensure Board Speech- Language Pathology and accrediting agency ASHA.
Participates in continuing education fulfilling requirement to maintain
licensure, competency, and independent study to progress knowledge base. Work
closely with other departments to provide interdisciplinary and age-appropriate
patient care. Documents all patient interventions accurately and in timely
manner in accordance with regulatory requirements. Provides education and
training for other staff members, outside departments and community. Supervises
therapy technicians and students. Completes CPR certification, educode, annual
health screen according to hospital policy. Performs other duties as assigned by
Manager or Director. State/National certification/licensure required.

Requirements
