Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD/DO) Completed a three-year Family or Internal Medicine Residency.

Active medical license in the state of Ohio.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Provider in an Outpatient Primary Care Practice or Urgent Care.

Electronic Medical Record experience.

Responsibilities include treating various needs such as behavioral health, women's health, wellness screenings, sick care, chronic conditions, and urgent needs in collaboration with Nurse Practitioners.
