About the Role
Join Brooks Rehabilitation as a Outpatient Physical Therapist – PRN, M-F in United States. Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient team. This role is ideal for professionals who are dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete the new patient evaluation, establish customized treatment plans and patient goals, and participate in the implementation of patient care programs
- Deliver high quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses
- Provide a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment
- Effectively communicate both verbally and written
Requirements
- Current PT license in state of Florida
- Current hands
- on CPR/BLS Certification
