- Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
- Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Order and review appropriate diagnostic testing.
- Manage medications and monitor treatment response in accordance with applicable laws and practice policies.
- Perform follow-up evaluations and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
- Educate patients regarding their condition, treatment options, medications, and expectations.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and EMR documentation.
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in office-based procedures as appropriate to training, credentialing, and scope of practice.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
