Key Responsibilities

The Speech Pathologist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in adult patients. They also provide aural rehabilitation and implement augmentative and alternative communication systems for patients in their homes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current, unencumbered license to practice speech pathology and a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). A current CPR certification is also required, with at least one year of experience preferred.
