Key Responsibilities

• Skilled Therapy Services.

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist (PT).

• Deliver therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders and the established therapy plan of care.

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer training, balance activities, and mobility restoration.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program required. Current state PTA licensure or certification in good standing required. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in physical therapy or related clinical setting preferred; home health experience preferred.

• Current CPR certification required.

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

• Ability to pass background screening and all compliance requirements.

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.
