SPEECH PATHOLOGIST- CASUAL

Key Responsibilities

The Speech-Language Pathologist performs patient evaluations, establishes age-specific plans of care, and continually assesses treatment programs, documenting all findings accurately and timely in the EMR. Responsibilities also include active participation in work processes, program development, efficient time utilization, and adherence to scheduling guidelines, which may require evening and weekend hours.

Requirements

Required qualifications include completion of a Graduate Level Program in Speech Pathology accredited by ASHA, strong organizational and critical thinking skills, and proficiency in oral and written communication. Candidates must possess current PA State Licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (or be in Clinical Fellowship Year), along with current Basic Life Support certification and required background clearances.
