• Salary Range: $75,920.00 - $103,105.60

BSW Fort Worth Carter is seeking a full time Occupational Therapist with a passion for treating a variety of general orthopedic and oncology diagnoses, including lymphedema. Our multi-disciplinary clinic offers PT, OT, and ST in an environment that encourages teamwork and clinician development.

The ideal candidate will be a flexible self-starter, team player with excellent communication skills to facilitate interactions with vendors and referral sources. Outpatient ortho experience required, lymphedema experience and/or certification strongly preferred. Willing to consider level II fieldwork in outpatient adult orthopedics.

ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program offered exclusively by Select Medical. Our vision is to establish comprehensive cancer rehabilitation as a standard of care for people affected by cancer. Our network of 900+ specially trained, multidisciplinary therapists work closely with oncologists and people affected by cancer to create personalized rehabilitation plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
• Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing OTs
• Complete and maintain required trainings
• Maintain compliance with government regulations
• Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications:
• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Occupational Therapy
• Current Occupational Therapy State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR required
• Outpatient adult orthopedic experience (willing to consider levell II fieldwork)

Preferred Qualifications

• Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience
• Lymphedema experience and/or certification (student rotations considered)
