Key Responsibilities

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Interacts and collaborates with other members of the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and health care goals.

• Educates patient and family regarding patient's functional status and plan of care. Provides home exercise program and instruct on home safety factors.

• assesses patient progress toward short term/long term goals and modifies the plan of care accordingly.

Requirements

• * Assists leadership with achieving corporate goals, improving quality of patient care outcomes and patient satisfaction.

• Participates in Agency quality assessment/performance improvement initiatives.

• Minimum Qualifications: To qualify, you must have a Bachelor's Degree Occupational Therapy (Accreditation Council of Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) approved NYS OT program).

• Current and valid NYS Occupational Therapy license and registration.

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $75/hr.
