Requirements

• 25 lbs. Frequent use of speech to share information through oral communication. Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25

• Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors Or Licensed Behavioral Practitioner (LBP)

• Oklahoma State Board of Behavioral Health Or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers Or Licensed Counselors and Drug Counselor
