Key Responsibilities
The Clinician is responsible for assessing, planning, developing, coordinating, and providing treatment, rehabilitation, and therapeutic support services for program participants. This includes conducting comprehensive assessments, providing direct clinical services like individual, group, and family therapy, and assisting individuals in accessing basic needs resources.
Licensure & Certifications
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a human service-related field and be a licensed clinician or actively working towards licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LPCC, etc.). A Bachelor's degree with one year of experience working with the target population is an alternative, and a valid driver's license is mandatory.
