The Mental Health Therapist will conduct triage assessments, provide comprehensive mental health and therapeutic services, and perform individual and group counseling for at-risk youth and families within the Orlando area. Key duties include conducting biopsychosocial assessments, providing crisis intervention, hosting educational workshops, and maintaining timely electronic documentation.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree or higher in Social Work or a related field, along with specific licensure status in Florida (RCSWI seeking LCSW or already licensed as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT). Required experience includes at least one year with marginalized populations, two years treating substance use disorders, and two or more years performing biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning, with proficiency in both English and Spanish.
