Key Responsibilities
The clinician will provide primary care services including acute, chronic, and well visits for patients in an office setting. They will also collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
Requirements
Candidates must be enrolled in or have completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program and hold a New Hampshire state license. At least two years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting within the last five years is required.
