Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide direct physical therapy services in patient homes according to the established plan of care. They are responsible for instructing patients and caregivers on the safe use of assistive devices and reporting any changes in patient status to the supervising Physical Therapist.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy assistant program and hold a current, unrestricted PTA license. The role requires a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and the physical ability to lift, push, and transfer patients.
