The physician will provide primary care services to patients at the M Health Fairview Clinic, managing an average of 18-22 patient encounters per day. They will utilize a multidisciplinary team approach within an Accountable Care Organization framework to deliver high-quality clinical care.
Candidates must hold a Medical Doctorate (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree and have completed an accredited ACGME or AOA training program. Applicants must be Board Certified or Board Prepared and eligible for Minnesota medical licensure and DEA certification.
