Job Description
BCBA — In-Home ABA, Dallas–Fort Worth
Ultimate Caring ABA is a founder-led, clinician-led in-home ABA practice serving families across Dallas–Fort Worth. We're building our founding clinical team: the BCBAs who will set our clinical standards, develop our technicians, and lead as we grow.
Built on 19+ Years of Healthcare Excellence
A proven healthcare family. Our sister company, Ultimate Caring Home Health, has served DFW families since 2006, built patient by patient and family by family.
Care for the Whole Family. Our business model includes future hiring of licensed counselors to support our parents and caregivers, so the families you serve arrive engaged, supported, and ready to partner in treatment.
Infrastructure from day one. You join a practice with established healthcare compliance, HIPAA-compliant systems, and credentialing already in place.
A strong payer network. We're in-network with eight commercial health plans, including Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, and Baylor Scott & White Health Plan.
Growing with purpose. Our center-based Collin County clinic hub is launching soon, creating new leadership opportunities for our clinical team.
Rooted in Care. Every family deserves exceptional care, and every clinician deserves a place to do their best work.
The Founding BCBA Advantage
Shape the practice. Help define our clinical standards, training programs, and culture from the ground up.
Direct access to leadership. Work alongside our founders and Clinical Director, with your ideas heard and acted on.
First consideration for growth. Founding BCBAs are first in line for leadership roles as we open new hubs.
A path to partnership. Through our Partners in Healthcare model, BCBAs build alongside us, with a career ladder that leads to Clinical Director Partner.
Your Career Path
- BCBA: Lead your caseload, supervise RBTs, and partner with families.
- Senior BCBA: Mentor BCBAs, lead clinical quality initiatives, and support new clinician onboarding.
- Clinical Director: Lead a hub's clinical team, outcomes, and growth.
- Clinical Director Partner: Become eligible to participate in our Partners in Healthcare Program, an equity participation program, once certain conditions are met.
- Why BCBAs Choose Us
Set your own schedule. You work directly with your families to build a schedule that fits both of you, as long as client needs, required supervision, and protocol hours are met.
Your time goes to clinical work. Our operations team handles RBT scheduling, authorizations, credentialing, and billing.
You build the next generation. Mentor RBTs through our company-sponsored certification track and the Ola Fellowship, our RBT-to-BCBA pathway.
Access for more families. We partner with major health plans and offer a sliding-scale program for families facing financial hardship.
