Key Responsibilities

Participate in the pre-camp staff training, in service training, and staff meetings.

Be responsible for health, safety and welfare of assigned campers.

Assist campers in planning daily and weekly schedules.

Show active, authentic concern for campers throughout the session.

Requirements

Be at least 17 years of age.

Be qualified to serve as an instructor or assistant instructor in one or more program areas.

Demonstrate sound leadership skills and interest in working with children.

Present a positive image of the camp and of self.
