Hybrid Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Berea, OH

The Pay
Pay: $17.40-$34.00 an hour Depending on experience, license, knowledge and education.
*Some specialties may include a sign-on bonus and monthly productivity bonus averaging an extra $40-$1,000 added to your pay each month!

The Requirements
- LISW or LPCC (or higher)
- Bachelors degree or higher
- 1+ year substance use disorder experience preferred but not required
- Valid Ohio driver’s license
- Must be ok with working in the community

Key Responsibilities
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families both in-person at the Berea Outpatient Clinic and via telehealth. This role requires working with clients in the community and delivering services that align with OhioGuidestone's mission of hope and healing.
Requirements
Candidates must possess an LISW or LPCC (or higher) license and a Bachelor's degree or higher. A minimum of one year of experience working with substance use disorders is preferred, and applicants must have a valid Ohio driver's license and be comfortable working within the community.
