We’re currently seeking a compassionate and driven PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team in Ocean and Southern Monmouth County.

Responsibilities

* Provide in-home, community-based speech-language therapy services
* Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders
* Create and implement customized treatment plans
* Foster functional independence and improved quality of life for clients
* Educate and support clients and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
* Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

Qualifications

* Current New Jersey Speech-Language Pathology License (Required)
* Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient, home health, or similar setting (preferred)
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
* Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations
* Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, client-centered environment
