The Cardiologist, as a health-care provider who specializes in diagnosis, management, and follow-up of patients with any suspected or known heart diseases. The Cardiologist works assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with cardiovascular diseases
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as ECGs and echocardiograms
- Prescribe medications and therapies for cardiovascular conditions
Required Qualifications
- Current medical license in good standing
- Board certification in Cardiology
- 5+ years of experience in Cardiology
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and telemedicine platforms
- Familiarity with clinical guidelines for cardiovascular care
- A day in the life of a Conviva physician
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- 12 - 15 patients per day. Opportunity to spend more time with patients
- Longer authorized appointments (45 minutes)
Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient-facing time and general administrative time as it relates to direct patient care
Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.
If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$360,500 - $495,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.

Key Responsibilities
The Cardiologist will conduct patient consultations to diagnose and treat cardiovascular conditions while developing personalized treatment plans. They will also collaborate with healthcare professionals and interpret diagnostic tests to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current medical license and board certification in Cardiology. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Cardiology and proficiency in EMR systems are required.
