Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

• Employ various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; LSW or LPC required.

• Master’s degree preferred.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health conditions.

• Well-developed listening and interview skills to explore patient needs and administer treatment plans.
