Job Description

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and develop appropriate diagnostic and treatment plans
• Provide preventive and wellness care throughout all stages of a pet's life
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform routine surgical procedures and assist with more complex cases as appropriate
• Provide dental examinations, procedures, and treatment recommendations
• Interpret laboratory results, diagnostic imaging, and other clinical findings
• Educate clients regarding preventive care, treatment options, medications, nutrition, and long-term health
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners
• Collaborate with fellow veterinarians and veterinary support staff to provide excellent patient care
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, medical quality, and client service
• Participate in continuing education and professional development

Qualifications

• We're looking for a veterinarian who:
• Holds or is eligible for a West Virginia veterinary license
• Has a DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
• Values high-quality, compassionate medicine
• Communicates effectively with clients and teammates
• Enjoys working in a collaborative environment
• Wants to build meaningful relationships with clients and their pets
