DIRECTOR - CLINICAL SERVICES (Pediatric Behavioral Health)

Key Responsibilities

The Director of Clinical Services oversees all clinical program activities and patient interactions across in-patient units to ensure high-quality care. They are responsible for designing clinical programming, maintaining accreditation standards, and supervising social work and therapy staff.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology and possess a valid LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist license. At least three years of experience in an acute psychiatric setting and one year of supervisory experience are required.
