This position offers weekends off, a signing bonus. Work with Adventist HealthCare in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Perform initial examinations and evaluations to establish diagnoses and plans of care for patients in a home health setting. Coordinate with the care team to implement interventions, monitor progress, and manage discharge planning.
Requires a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and an active Maryland license. Candidates must also hold an active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
