Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist organizes and conducts rehabilitation programs to restore patient health and function. They are responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and educating families while maintaining accurate documentation and billing.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a valid Ohio or Multi-State Compact license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 90 days of hire.
