Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. They will also coordinate integrated care with other providers and educate patients and families on wellness strategies.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master's in PT with an active or eligible Wyoming license. Experience in lymphedema, pelvic health, or home health/outpatient settings is preferred.
